This U.S. Citizenship Information and Application Kit has been developed to help people complete and file, his or her, application for a U.S. Citizenship. General Requirements: All naturalization applicants must demonstrate good moral character. The other naturalization requirements may be modified or waived for certain applicants, such as spouses of U.S. Citizens.

• Period of continuous residence and physical presence in the United States (4.9 Years) (four year and nine months since lawfully permanent residency date).
• An ability to read, write and speak English.  Exceptions are if you qualify medical disability exemption, in this case, your doctor must complete form N-648.  This means you will be exempted from English test.
• Good moral character.
• Knowledge of the principles of the U.S. Constitution Favorable disposition toward the United States.
